Requesting a Learning and Performance specialist to work with clients cross functionally under direction of the Global Learning & Performance team supporting IS, Finance and Global Business Solutions. This person will develop, manage and execute training strategy and plans for a large enterprise program. Specific duties include but are not limited to performance consultation, intake processing support, needs and performance analysis, content review, training project status monitoring, issue resolution, delivery and stakeholder engagement. This person would be responsible for managing a training workstream in partnership with representative learning professionals from other functions and leveraging an internal instructional design team to support development of the workstream deliverables. 

The ideal candidate should have solid experience working with and presenting to multiple levels of management and client groups, have a solid background in supporting training projects for systems and have an interest and aptitude in new technologies. In addition, this person should understand good instructional design and delivery, principles driving good change management and Agile basics.

  • Experience in designing, coordinating and executing multiple learning solutions 
  • Experience in analyzing and preparing data for decision-making 
  • Experience in training and staff development 
  • Experience working within the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry 
  • Experience working in a highly compliant industry 
  • Experience overseeing eLearning development projects 
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills 
  • Excellent organization skills 
  • Ability to work well in teams and collaborate 
  • Ability to interface cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
