Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals demonstrating the features and benefits of our products. Engage in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Function independently while using a wide variety of company provided promotional resources, analytical tools, and resource personnel to maximize effectiveness in an assigned territory.
  • Work with Regional Director/District manager to develop a local strategy and business plan with an in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed care information to generate recognizable increases of sales in territory.
  • Successfully complete all training requirements including product examinations. Attend company and industry seminars, trade shows and sales meetings as needed.
  • Provide timely and competent administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample, and expense reporting.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, be flexible in terms of work hours, and have strong knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical or B2B sales.

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferable with a health science or marketing/business major.
  • Two years business to business outside sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Results orientated with demonstrated time/territory management skills.
