Our client develops, manufactures and supplies a wide array of innovative medical diagnostic products, services, tests, platforms and technologies.


POSITION SUMMARY:

This position requires a positive attitude, hands on skills, business and marketing understanding, and project management skills to create, deliver and execute marketing solutions. Position manages the flow of information and communications, and disseminates according to plan and strategy. Performs a variety of specialized tasks related to digital and other marketing objectives.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

– Primary responsibility is to own the Promotional Content Approval Process, proactively managing deadlines, reviewers and stakeholders – daily
  • Work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Leads content review and approval processes
  • Stays in the loop on upcoming functionality changes to the PCAP Software
  • tool and communicates as appropriate
  • Trains new users and coordinates their onboarding
  • Creates best practices
  • Maintains legacy portals through sunsetting while also maintaining content on
  • the Marketing Asset Portal
  • Acts as a resource to others to answer questions and source content where appropriate
  • Fosters relationships with the team of reviewers to help ensure deadlines are met

– Participates as a member of the Diagnostics Information Solutions Communications Team

– Collaborates with DIS Team to collect and assimilate information on new product launches, press releases, newsletters, and other relevant communications

– Manages the creation, development, and execution of Marketing Communication materials (electronic and print) on-time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives

– Assists in roll-out of marketing programs to global affiliates

– Maintains LCT intranet content, and jointly provides content for the Internet

– Helps manage vendors to deliver quality products and tracks costs to a defined budget

– Ensures vendors are compliant with all processes and procedures including legal, procurement and finance

– Assists and participates in the creation of product launch materials

– Provides assistance with roll-out of marketing programs

– Manages workload/projects with management coaching

– May perform other duties and special projects or assigned

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

– Able to learn new digital tools and technologies with ease

– Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite, and email automation tools/services

– Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities

– Project management skills

– Ability to work in a team environment

– Ability to learn and follow processes and procedures necessary to develop, route and release controlled marketing collateral within a highly regulated industry

– Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build quality relationships

– Strong written and oral communication skills

– Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment

– Ability to work in cross-functional teams and highly matrixed environments

– Ability to follow branding to ensure that marketing deliverables meet divisional and corporate brand standards and aligns with global brand objectives

 

EXPERIENCE:

– Four years minimum, five years preferred, of successful, increasing responsibility in corporate marketing, promotional marketing communications, administrative and/or related business experience

– At least one year of relevant experience in diagnostics, medical device or healthcare related industry strongly preferred
