  • To provide diverse expertise of administrative support to designated Managers of the Product Development Quality Assurance and Quality Services groups by anticipating, determining, and fulfilling customer needs in a proactive, well organized and customer oriented manner.
  • Provides timely, accurate, and effective administrative support
  • Maintains multiple calendars
  • Arranges travel as required
  • Arranges onsite/offsite meetings as required
  • Utilizes PC and software application
  • Addresses problems and develops practical thorough and creative solutions independently
  • Exercise independent judgement and discretion of sensitive/confidential and proprietary information
  • Participates, plans, coordinates and prioritizes work within or across departments
  • Responsible for coordinating, assembling and packaging presentations, agendas, meetings and other ad  hoc materials
  • Assists in the organization of internal and external meetings, teleconference and video conference
  • Work with other senior administrative staff to ensure consistency of approach and exchange of best practices



Proven ability to perform at a Senior Administrative Associate level:

  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal leaders, customers, and outside vendors
  • Must be flexible and adaptable -Strong calendaring and catering skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task as needed and to receive and act upon "ad hoc" requests
  • Effective written and interpersonal communications
  • Ability to think proactively, creatively and strategically
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team oriented and willingness to assist other members of the administrative team as needed
  • Handles interpersonal interactions at all levels and manages highly sensitive interpersonal information/situations



  • Minimum of 5 years administrative support experience in a mid to large company
  • BS/BA degree and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Must be highly proficient in e-mail and calendar; word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications; Microsoft Office Suite highly preferred and knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Ability to multitask and assertively handle routine and impromptu assignments with minimal supervision
