The role of Sr. Associate, Compliance will participate in performing tasks associated with business processes relating to interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This individual will perform compliance assessments and transactional reviews consistent with Healthcare Compliance Policy and Standard Operating Procedures. The applicant will: 
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Policy and Standard Operating Procedures 
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding U.S. Federal (Sunshine Act / Open Payments) and State Transparency laws and regulations and the PhRMA Code 
  • Apply knowledge of the above to business processes that involve Transfers of Value (TOV) to Healthcare Professionals 
  • Apply analytical skills and tools (e.g Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python) to large amounts of data, seeking insights 
  • Perform transactional review to ensure complete and accurate records for submission to regulatory authorities (e.g. CMS, State and local government entities) 
  • Access various source systems (e.g. SAP, Concur, Salesforce.com) to gather information required to make assessments on transactions 
  • Perform Data Quality analysis to identify, triage and where appropriate, escalate business or systems issues needing resolution 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide implementation proposals, and manage multiple assignments at one time 
  • Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with projects and key activities in collaboration with cross-functional business partners including Commercial, R&D and IS 
  • Establish working relationships and communicate effectively with internal staff and external third-parties, globally 

 

Basic Qualifications: 
• Master’ s degree OR 
• Bachelor’ s degree & 2 years of Compliance, Audit, Operations, Business or IT experience
