Job Summary

This role will support Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) organization within Global Business Services. The Sr. Associate Contract Management supports post contracting activities for specific IS managed service agreements, as well as monitoring compliance to pricing and key commercial terms. Additionally, the Sr. Associate Contract Management role will provide insight and analysis for strategic contracts and engages in light levels of contracting to support lower dollar purchasing contracts.

As a Sr. Associate Contract Management, you will report to the Sourcing Excellence Senior Manager based at Capability Center in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Post Contracting Activities for Key IS Managed Service Agreements
o Facilitates contract change requests and ad hoc requests for services
o Calculates performance credits
o Manages quarterly budget forecasting and accrual budget submissions to Finance
o Engages with contract owners and procurement to coordinate and monitor annual purchase orders
o Provides analysis and feedback to help resolve post-contracting issues
o Supports contract compliance audits, as required, to ensure proper compliance to negotiated terms and conditions

• Contract Negotiation for Low Dollar Purchasing Contracts
o Supports contracting for low dollar purchasing contracts of all types when it has been determined that standard purchase order terms cannot be used
o Manage red-line reviews and gap analysis
o Ensure compliance to contracting policies in all activities related to the contracting processes, including proper documentation to support

• Provide Insight & Analysis for Strategic Contracts
o Provide summary reports, e.g. contract expirations, contract summaries, etc.
o Conducts contract reviews to provide Category Managers and stakeholders with insight and analysis on existing contracts for strategic engagement questions

• Other
o Coordinates the close out of contracts
o Miscellaneous contract management and administration

Basic Qualifications
Master' s degree
Bachelor' s degree and 2 years of Sourcing or Finance experience
Associate' s degree and 6 years of Souring or Finance experience
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Sourcing or Finance experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Broad knowledge and experience in sourcing, contract negotiations and supplier management
• Ability to understand end-user requirements and determine the best methods for executing contract negotiations
• Experience in creating contracts and aligning to legal templates and requirements
• Ability to understand complex contract pricing models and analyze and work with pricing data
• Strong written and verbal communications skills to interface effectively with suppliers and business partners and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze and summarize data and present insights based on the needs of the audience
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments concurrently and function within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to execute work assignments with minimal direct supervision
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethics, values and standards
