Our client is focused on advancing first- or best-in-class medicines for childhood and adult diseases.

Role Overview:
The Product Manager, HCP Marketing will support the development and execution of healthcare professional marketing tactics. This role partners cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams and collaborates closely with external agencies to o implement approved marketing strategies and materials. The position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can independently drive projects forward, navigate promotional review processes, and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Tactics Execution
  • Lead development of HCP marketing materials, including print, digital, and sales-facing resources
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable tactics and deliverables
  • Support execution of HCP marketing strategy across promotional and digital channels

Agency & Project Management
  • Manage external agency partners to develop high-quality marketing materials
  • Coordinate timelines, feedback cycles, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
  • Partner with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviewers to navigate promotional review process
  • Prepare materials for review and incorporate feedback to secure approval
  • Ensure materials align with approved promotional standards

Operational Excellence
  • Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Proactively identify risks, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions
  • Maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Prior pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Oncology experience preferred

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of MLR promotional review processes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory partners
  • Experience managing agencies and external vendors
  • Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time, contractor capacity
  • Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
