Job Description

Our client is a leading biotechnology company that discovers, develops, manufactures and commercializes medicines to treat patients with serious or life-threatening medical conditions. Role Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting preclinical PKPD studies, ensuring high-quality study execution, and transforming departmental workflows through automation and advanced data management. Your work will help bridge laboratory research with data science, contributing to the development of novel therapies that make a real difference in patient lives.

Job Requirements


Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Data Science, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant preclinical R&D experience, ideally within biotech or pharmaceutical settings
  • Basic understanding of animal physiology and cell culture techniques
  • Familiarity with bioanalytical methods such as ELISA, FACS, and LC-MS
  • Proficiency in data analysis and coding, with the ability to streamline workflows and manage large datasets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for collaborative team environments and departmental presentations

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with database management and entry
  • Advanced coding skills for data analysis and report generation
  • Knowledge of automation tools or scripting languages to optimize data workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Degree in Biological Sciences, Data Science, or related disciplines
  • Prior hands-on experience in preclinical research, especially in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques and data analysis software

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to participate in cross-disciplinary collaborations
  • Flexibility to support occasional meetings or activities outside traditional hours as needed
