Our client is a leading biotechnology company that discovers, develops, manufactures and commercializes medicines to treat patients with serious or life-threatening medical conditions. Duties:
  • Assist with viral vector technology development and application.
  • Generate and analyze lentiviral libraries.
  • Help develop AAV platform for in vitro and in vivo genome engineering.
  • Work independently within a dynamic, highly collaborative research environment.


Skills:
  • Strong expertise in lentiviral vector design and production, mammalian cell culture and general molecular biology techniques.
  • Expertise in AAV production and purification is highly desirable, as well as knowledge and working experience with CRISPR for cell engineering.
  • Must be self-motivated, analytical, highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Education:
  • BS/MS/PhD degree (PhD preferred) in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Virology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related discipline with 3+ years of laboratory research experience.
