Overview:

As a senior member of the laboratory staff, you will design, execute, and interpret complex experiments that advance our client’s innovative diagnostic platforms. Your work will support the development of tailored healthcare solutions, enabling more accurate diagnoses, personalized treatments, and better health management for patients globally.

Job Requirements


Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field).
  • 4+ years of relevant laboratory research experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic environment.
  • Strong expertise in designing and executing a variety of experimental protocols and assays.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate detailed technical reports.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot experiments and implement process improvements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GLP, Design Control, and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping and documentation.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with in-vitro diagnostic platforms, assay development, or molecular techniques.
  • Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and patent considerations.
  • Participation in scientific conferences or professional societies.
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical projects when needed.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting advanced laboratory research, preferably in diagnostics or related fields.

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally and participate in team-based projects.
  • Ability to follow strict safety and quality protocols in a regulated environment.
  • May require occasional travel for conferences or professional development.
