Job Description:
  • Our group is responsible for immunogenicity risk assessment of antibody therapeutics.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, validating and executing cellular assays to support research and development projects.
  • This individual will work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy to design and run experiments, interpret data and troubleshoot technical problems, write and review technical reports, and present and interpret data at cross-functional project team meetings.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • BA/BS or MS in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Immunology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years hands-on laboratory experience in cell culture and flow cytometry assays is a must.
  • Proven cell biology expertise working with cell lines in sterile condition is a required.
  • Prior experience working with human samples from clinical studies and hands-on lab experience with human cell based assays is highly desired.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of standard laboratory procedures, and computerized data handling are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, multitasking and organizational skills are required.
  • This individual should be able to work independently, as well as within teams, to demonstrate initiative and creativity and to prioritize tasks.
