Description:
  • We have an opening for a talented Research Associate I to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pharmacological characterization of biologics in the therapeutic areas of Cancer Immunotherapy, Autoimmune diseases, and Inflammation.
  • More specifically, the individual will develop, validate, and execute high-throughput biochemical and cell-based functional assays to screen and characterize antibody therapeutics.
  • In addition, the individual will be expected to assist in the implementation of robust and high throughput sample preparation using automation as well as data analysis workflows for assays.

Who you are:
  • BS/MS degree in a relevant field (immunology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology).
  • Hands-on experience in biotechnology or academic labs.
  • Proven expertise in mammalian cell culture is a must.
  • Past immunology working experiences in primary immune cell isolation, immunophenotyping by flow cytometry are highly desired.
  • Attention to details and ability of multitasking.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills and enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary project team environment.

Job Requirements

3 most important skills:
  • Biology and immunology background.
  • Flow cytometry would be a plus.
  • Primary cell culture experience.
