Job Description

Our client manufactures, develops, and supplies a wide array of innovative medical diagnostic products, services, tests, platforms, and technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists with the development of project schedules and plans.
  • Ensures project related data is accurate and assist in data maintenance.
  • Coordinates all aspects of a small project or phases of a larger project ensuring project objectives are met and business goals achieved.
  • Tracks and reports project success measures. Notifies project team members when potential issues may arise such as missed timelines and over budget spending.
  • Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or business administration.
  • 2 years project support and/or relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Thorough knowledge of office administration and support practices.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS office applications which includes Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated competency in taking initiative.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and adjust rapidly to new priorities.
