To provide comprehensive document management support. To ensure adherence to the PTR Business Process and Reference Document Management process.

Reporting to the Business Process Analyst - Business Process Excellence, the position of Document Management Administrator will be part of the PTR Operations and Business Excellence (OBE) function. She / He will work closely with the various PTR functions to provide document editing and document project support. This position will require tactical thinking, collaboration, communication, organization, prioritization, negotiation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Primary duties-

Reviewing incoming requests for completeness Reviewing document consistency and performing editorial updates as needed to ensure document quality Coordinate and facilitate the approval and release of a variety of documents.

Process documents for approval, release for training, and effective for use Coordinate and initiates process and/or document audits Assist with the management of PTR business process and reference documents

Roles and responsibilities

Provide SME representation for relevant efforts Execute document management process and drive continuous improvement with respect to document management




High proficiency with the use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro.

Proficient knowledge and application of document editing skills in MS Word Strong written/oral communication skills.

Demonstrates effective decision-making and the ability to identify issues requiring appropriate escalation.

Proven ability to create strong working relationships with respect to cultural diversity and working styles.

Demonstrated ability to organize, lead, and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans Demonstrated ability to drive for results and manage small-scale projects with minimal supervision.

Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing environments



BS/BA in life science, business, or English or at least 5 years of relevant experience and

2+ years of experience in document management.
