Work with content owners in all areas of Pharma Technical Development (“ PTD”) in order to coordinate the appropriate migration and organization of documents into PTD’ s primary document management system, Virtual Product Home (“ VPH”). Provide technical support as needed for users of VPH.

 

Services shall include the following:
  • Support PTD members with document migrations
  • Liaise with hiring manager on migration scope and progress
  • On-site support at Client’ s South San Francisco, California campus, according to migration schedule established with content owners
  • Schedule appointments with folder/content owners under direction of manager
  • Apply project management expertise, including planning, tracking and facilitation of meetings and documentation of decisions, risks and actions
  • Provide technical support, document support calls, while meeting standard lead times
  • Enter relevant questions and answers into VPH Questions and Answers (“ Q&A”) system to build knowledge base
  • Provide individual and group training on use of VPH as needed to increase knowledge and user adoption of the system
  • Provide support wherever needed to minimize Client stakeholder resources

 

Skills:            
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Sharepoint and Office Suite
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Some prior experience with pharmaceutical/biotech operations or development is a plus
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Must be able to easily interface with the user community
  • Must be an independent worker with superb time-management skills and foresight to deliver quality results with minimal guidance
  • Must have Mastery-level or Proficiency-level English verbal and writing skills
  • Experience and comfort in working in a global project environment with business and IT project team members
