Duties: Responsibilities throughout this rotation include, but are not limited to:

Calendar management, including meeting scheduling and resolution of scheduling conflicts Travel arrangements and expense report preparation Scheduling and preparing meeting rooms, including arranging catering and AV equipment Scheduling and preparing team, LT and sub-team offsite meetings; including arranging hotel bookings, meeting room/audiovisual equipment, meals/dinner reservations, team building events, ground transportation when necessary, etc.

Frequent interaction and planning with executive-level assistants and their customers across ACM, MCCO and Brands Interview scheduling; in SSF and potentially in field locations Manage team roster; update FAO' s Javelin system as needed and email distribution list management Vendor SOW and invoice submission and interaction with Commercial Contracting, Procurement and Vendor Finance Actively participate in ACM Admin Team semi-monthly meetings, contribute to planning of ACM/MCCO Wellbeing and culture events as needed Provide backup support to ACM Admin peers when needed.

Partners closely with aligned Operations Manager to ensure seamless team operations and day-to-day planning.
