Job Description


Our client is a global leader in acute care aerosol drug delivery, is looking for an energetic and strategic Account Manager to join their team in Albuquerque, NM, or El Paso, TX. 

In this pivotal role, you will manage our end-to-end sales process within your designated territory, fostering relationships with physicians, clinicians, and distributors. You'll be instrumental in launching new products, supporting clinical staff, and creating innovative sales opportunities, all while contributing to a company recognized through multiple awards for excellence and innovation. Your efforts will directly influence the expansion of our vital medical solutions in the Central region.
 

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of a BA/BS Degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial role within the medical device industry
  • Strong strategic and value-based selling skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Proven territory management skills and ability to handle complex sales with clinical and financial customers
  • Proficiency with MS Office, LMS, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate high energy, and maintain flexibility in hours to meet business needs


Nice to Have Skills:
  • Clinical knowledge and understanding of medical procedures
  • Experience launching new products in a healthcare setting
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Skills in peer-to-peer and promotional event planning
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus

Job Requirements


Preferred Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Prior success in medical device or healthcare sales roles is highly preferred


Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the territory
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-term professional relationships
  • Availability to work outside core hours when necessary
