Our client is a leading biotechnology company that discovers, develops, manufactures and commercializes medicines to treat patients with serious or life-threatening medical conditions. They  are among the world' s leading biotech companies, with multiple products on the market and a promising development pipeline.

 

Duties:
  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Executes a multichannel marketing strategy and tactics against a tactical plan that aligns to key objective
  • Demonstrates understanding of business strategy, objectives and target audiences
  • Develops reports and recommendations that are data and insights driven
  • Works effectively with Interactive Program Manager, agencies and brand teams to execute on above
  • Manages agencies and vendors Monitors finances and burn reports
  • Uses tools to gain insights and data on performance of activities
  • Participates and contributes to legal and regulatory approval process

 

 

Skills:

  • 5+ years experience leveraging channels and digital tactics to engage
  • 5+ with customers; good understanding of consumer, patient and
  • 5+ healthcare professional marketing principles and best practices
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering integrated multichannel marketing strategies, campaigns and programs
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other related industries is a plus Budget management responsibility
  • Specific technical expertise should include hands-on experience planning, developing and integrating channels such as desktop/website, email, call center, field, mobile, paid promotion, and social
  • Strategic expertise with patient & HCP relationship marketing, non-personal promotion and data analytics is a plus
  • Experience planning, negotiating and allocating annual tactical and budget planning resources in order to best meet the business need, improve customer experience and to advance innovation within own scope of domain
  • Agency and vendor management experience required 

 

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree; MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred
