Shadowing analysts and leads to understand system and business processes, create and update documentation related to processes and algorithm functionality, test algorithm outputs to requirements

The individual in this role will work with cross functional clinical trial business stakeholders to develop, modify, forecast, and validate resource demand within the clinical trial space.   Duties will include managing one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle. Regularly interacts with management and cross-functional department leads. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. May be responsible for cross-functional teams. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.  The successful candidate must have very good leadership, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated skills in effective verbal and written communications including: presentations, personal organization, business process mapping, managing change in a team environment and analytical problem solving.  This position requires good understanding of the concepts of clinical research and drug development. 


•             Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management

•             Minimum of 3 years’ experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry

•             Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Power Point & Access)

•             Excellent Communication skills

•             Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects

•             Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills

•             Strong reporting and analysis skills

•             Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical

•             Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

•             Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment

•             Experience with Planisware a plus
