  • The Business Systems Support Analyst is responsible for data administration, maintenance and user support for project and financial management reporting tool.
  • Customer Service: Triage and respond to user requests in a timely, professional and effective manner. *
  • Engage other support technicians as necessary to drive customer requests to rapid and total completion Administration: *
  • Responsible for data administration of PLANisware *
  • Create user accounts and ensure appropriate authentication methods and security measures are in place Reporting, Documentation  & amp; Analysis: *
  • Develop and maintain Reports and Report definitions *
  • Provide ad hoc reporting needs to support business decisions and operations *
  • Maintain and update current procedural documentation *
  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements and develop detailed functional requirements for Clarity and Business Objects *
  • Document and maintain current and future Project Financial and Resource Management processes *
  • Perform gap and impact analysis of new or changing business processes *
  • Analyze and provide functional resolutions to any data issues in Business Objects Financial and Resource Management reports Team Work: *
  • Work as part of a project and functional team to coordinate and execute excellent user support *
  • Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to provide support-level feedback *
  • Work with the application support / development teams on major changes that may impact users *
  • Interact with development teams to ensure understanding of business requirements *
  • Support the successful implementation of technical solutions by providing business process analysis design, detailed requirements definition alignment and user acceptance facilitation




  • Industry Experience / Cross-functional experience: Process Development/CMC knowledge *
  • Strong understanding of database structures and table relationships *
  • Must have strong communication skills; recognized as a subject matter expert *
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills* *
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills *
  • Highly organized individual with exceptional task management and follow-up skills *
  • Must be able to easily interface with the user community *
  • Must be an excellent team player *
  • Must be an independent worker with superb time-management skills and foresight to deliver quality results with minimal guidance * *
  • Must have Mastery-level or Proficiency-level English verbal and writing skills - Experience and comfort in working in a global project environment with business and IT project team members - Good communication and collaboration skills



The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following education and/or equivalent experience:

* BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

* 0-3 years  total industry experience

* PLANisware  experience is highly desirable Others:

* Responsible for completing other work requirements or tasks that are requested by management when necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the department or company
