Description:
  • Provide project management and tactical support for Device/Secondary Packaging Director.
  • Work with staff via 1: 1 and/or group meetings to lead completion of deliverables via working meetings and/or send out requests for information and follow up as needed
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Project manage and lead projects such as -
  • Obtain and consolidate workforce plans
  • Development of detailed contact and documents lists
  • Role and responsibility matrices
  • Business templates related to quality systems
  • Other department projects as determined by Director

 

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Must have Bio-pharma and quality background
  • Able to manage projects and teams
  • Able to create a plan and drive it to completion
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver on-time, and high-quality results
  • Ability to successfully operate in a matrixed and team environment (build trust among the team)

 

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of quality and manufacturing experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Science Field
  • Quality Assurance (QA) Experience
  • cGMP Experience
  • Understanding of the applicable manufacturing/testing processes (i.e. Drug Product, Packaging, Device manufacturing processes)
