Talent Mobility & Immigration is looking for someone who has an interest in gaining exposure and insight into the international assignment program at Genentech from a local, on-the-ground perspective. The ideal candidate for this position is looking for responsibilities that are varied and include but are not limited to:


-Coordination of international tax equalization process by delivering timely communication to employees, and tracking of payments received and due

-Resolution of tracked tax expenses with internal finance partners

-Maintain, update, and audit databases

-Generate and disseminate regular reporting for internal and external partners

-Organize Onboarding/Offboarding activities

-Collection and submission of key information and documents

-Initiate key services and track assignment-related data

-FedEx and mail management

-Provide administrative duties as needed



Key Skills Required

-Strong organization skills and have prior successful experience with attention to detail

-Demonstrates strong written and oral communications

- Proven ability to handle confidential, complex and sensitive information

-Ability to work independently and within teams

-Ability to manage multiple projects or unexpected requests simultaneously

-Strong analytical skills

-Excellent customer service orientation

-Strong PC/MAC computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Apps



-BA or equivalent experience

-Human Resource experience a plus
