Supply Chain experience in pharma/biotech, cross-functional/regional project management skills, ability to manage several deliverables under tight timelines. MRP expertise, and outstanding written presentation skills. Minimum degree is Bachelor. APICS certified preferred.
The Program Manager delivers on goals for the U.S. Region Supply Chain organization. S/he is accountable to the U.S. Director Supply Chain, in charge of managing supply chain programs associated with Product Life Cycle Management, Plan To Stock, Distribution and Order To Cash. The Program Manager must apply project and program management best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of programs and projects.
Program management of third party providing distribution services
•Third party is responsible for inventory management and US distribution of company commercial replacements packs.
•Manage inventory in partnership with third party planning team, company Commercial and Foundation Teams, company Trade Operations and company Distribution Center. Provide timely, accurate communication between teams and functional departments.
•Ensure compliance with supply agreements and deliver on contractual requirements. Communicate appropriate information on functional team status & issues to stakeholders.
Project management of sample distribution process for launch products
•Manage all aspects of projects/processes: planning, estimating, sequencing and scheduling, monitoring and controlling, risk management, execution, and closing.
•As required maintain a master project plan and schedule for assigned projects. Translate team plans into actionable and measurable tasks. Follow up on action items from team meetings.
•Establish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
Management of functional performance metrics
•Generate metrics with the help of SAP and RapidResponse queries. Reviews with Sr. Supply Chain Managers and publishes to key stakeholders.
•Follow-up on key actions to improve on poor performance under guidance of Supply Chain Sr. Managers and Directors.
•Provides input to Global Supply Chain per established calendar.
•Ensure adherence to governance processes at the team level.
•Generate periodic updates and/or prepare formal presentations to line managers and/or others for all management reporting.
