Sr Associate Contract Management

This role will participate in performing the following tasks as set forth in business processes relating to interactions with Healthcare Professionals:
Perform compliance assessments, generate contracts, and submit payment requests consistent with Healthcare Compliance Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain key relationships by communicating and collaborating with business partners at various levels of leadership across different organizations including; the Law department, and other Worldwide Compliance and Business Ethics groups, and the International Healthcare Compliance group
Interact with the business to ensure compliance processes and standards are understood and followed, and effectively communicate with third-party Healthcare Professionals.
Identify and where appropriate escalate business issues needing resolution, as well as identifying
potential process improvements and manage multiple assignments at one time.
Master’ s degree
Bachelor’ s degree & 2 years of Regulatory or Compliance experience
Associate’ s degree & 6 years of Regulatory or Compliance experience
High school diploma / GED & 8 years of Regulatory or Compliance experience
Juris Doctor Degree
Prior experience in Legal to include Paralegal experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, be proactive, resolve conflicts, meet deadlines, follow through on assignments, and work independently and in teams.
Ability to independently understand, follow and implement complex instructions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and on-time delivery of work product.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, recent federal and state enforcement activities, and the laws and regulations relating to the development, approval, and commercialization of
biotechnology / pharmaceutical products.
