This position reports into the Container Sciences and Engineering in the Device Technologies Organization.
Assists in qualification and characterization of primary containers (vial, syringe and cartridge systems) used in aseptic filling processes.Work with SME to design and execute studies in laboratories.
The position requires good organizational, technical problem solving and communication skills, the ability to work in teams and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing environment.
Bachelor’s Degree & engineering or scientific laboratory experience.
Basic understanding of primary containers.
Experience in material characterization and/or materials testing machine.
Position involves support of senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects, particularly for combination products (prefilled syringes, autoinjectors) related scope.
Employ basic engineering skills and practices to gather user requirements and relevant data.
Execute testing protocols for primary container characterization and qualification.
Skills: well organized, good record keeping, good laboratory practice.
